Cornerstone Credit Services, LLC (CCS) offers a limited Lifetime Processing Warranty on all credit card equipment terminals purchased from CCS. See terms of warranty.

Terms of Warranty:
CCS agrees to service and maintain this equipment for as long as Client processes merchant services through CCS.

Under these terms, CCS will repair or replace the purchased equipment free of charge in all cases except for those repairs or replacements deemed abuse, and/or damage done to the equipment from liquid spills. If a terminal reaches the end of its functional life and becomes no longer available on the market or no longer a preferred terminal of CCS, Client will be provided with a terminal with similar functionality while Client continues processing credit cards through CCS.

CCS uses a third party vendor for warranty equipment repair. It can take up to 3 weeks for a repair quote. CCS will provide a replacement terminal for Client’s use during the time the original terminal is being repaired. If the credit card terminal or credit card processing equipment is deemed non-repairable due to abuse or liquid damage, the Client agrees to pay the retail value for replacement equipment.

Exclusions to CCS limited Lifetime Processing Warranty: Any and all wireless terminals to include but not limited to wireless terminals and smart phone accessories, i.e. – card swipers, Bluetooth printers, etc., or credit card processing software. Specialized license renewals for equipment and/or software are not covered by CCS limited lifetime processing warranty.
